Judy is a C-level executive with deep experience in strategic partnership development and management, partnership governance, global operations management, partnership value creation, leveraging analytics to enhance strategic decision making, M&A in both public and private sectors, as well as training instruction and facilitation.
As a Ph.D. pharmacologist, she worked for 33 years in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of roles primarily within the clinical research business before commencing her consulting career in January 2020 as the owner of JSW Consulting LLC. From 2007 she held executive level positions of increasing responsibility at Syneos Health. Most recently she was executive vice president, Strategic Alliance Management at Syneos Health, accountable for implementation and management of the company’s most significant customer partnerships and a key member of the company’s clinical division executive leadership team. Prior to this she held multiple leadership roles over many years in global clinical operations, global clinical development, data operations, and training and development. Between 1986 and 1998 Judy worked at Sanofi, Innovex, and then IQVIA in a variety of clinical research and training roles with increasing responsibility.
Judy is a graduate from the University of Liverpool in the U.K., with both a bachelor’s and Ph.D. in pharmacology.
